Mike Panos
Insulet Corporation has appointed Mike Panos as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.
In his new role, Panos will lead the company’s global commercial organization and report directly to Ashley McEvoy. He will also join Insulet’s Executive Leadership Team as the company continues expanding the global reach of its Omnipod® tubeless insulin delivery platform.
Panos brings approximately 30 years of commercial leadership experience in the medical technology industry. Most recently, he served as Leader of Sales Excellence at Stryker Corporation, where he built a strong reputation for scaling commercial operations, driving market expansion, and delivering sustained double-digit growth across competitive healthcare markets.
During his three-decade tenure at Stryker, Panos held several senior leadership positions, including President of the Trauma and Extremities Division and President of North America and Global Research & Development. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for building high-performing sales organizations, strengthening commercial discipline, and leading large international teams focused on operational excellence and long-term revenue growth.
At Insulet, Panos will oversee global commercial strategy and execution across key international markets, with responsibilities that include expanding market access, strengthening commercial capabilities, and supporting continued business growth. The company stated that his leadership will also help advance efforts to reach broader patient populations and expand insulin delivery solutions into additional care settings.
Panos is a graduate of Boston College and brings extensive leadership experience within the Boston-area healthcare and medical technology community to Insulet’s Massachusetts-based operations.
