Eric Larsson
RethinkFirst, a global leader in health technology solutions for behavioral health and neurodiversity, has appointed Eric Larsson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
With over 20 years of experience leading finance functions across public and private software and technology enterprises, Larsson brings deep financial acumen and strategic insight to support RethinkFirst’s continued growth and innovation.
Before joining RethinkFirst, Larsson served as CFO at SecurityScorecard, where he successfully led financial strategy, operations, and corporate planning to support the company’s rapid expansion in cybersecurity solutions.
Previously, he held several senior finance leadership positions at Kaseya, a global provider of AI-driven IT management and cybersecurity software. At Kaseya, he advanced from Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to Executive Vice President of Finance, playing a pivotal role in aligning financial planning with the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
Earlier in his career, Larsson held key finance roles at NICE/NICE Actimize and IBM Cloud, where he gained extensive experience in scaling global finance organizations and driving operational excellence within high-growth technology environments.
Larsson holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. In his new role, he will oversee RethinkFirst’s global financial operations, guiding fiscal strategy and supporting the company’s mission to deliver transformative technology solutions that advance behavioral health outcomes worldwide.
