Sue Schick
TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions, a physician-led specialty condition management company, has appointed Sue Schick as Chief Executive Officer, effective August 3.
She succeeds founder Eric Pezzi, who has led the company since its founding in 2014. Pezzi is retiring from the CEO role but will remain involved as a member of the board of directors. Schick brings more than three decades of health plan and healthcare industry leadership, with experience in strategy, growth, operational excellence and value creation.
Most recently, she was President and Chief Revenue Officer at Zelis, where she led commercial strategy and client growth from 2023. Before that, she held senior roles at Humana, including President of Group, Military & Specialty.
She also spent 16 years at UnitedHealth Group across its Commercial and Medicaid businesses, including as Regional Chief Executive Officer of Community & State, and held leadership roles at CIGNA and Marsh. She holds an MS in Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College.
