Medneo acquires Ramsay Health Care UK mobile imaging assets and enters long-term national diagnostics partnership

Medneo has acquired Ramsay Diagnostics UK’s mobile MRI and CT fleet and signed a six-year exclusive agreement to provide mobile imaging services across Ramsay Health Care UK’s 34 hospitals. The deal expands Medneo’s national imaging network, strengthens diagnostic capacity, and follows its 2025 acquisition of Fairford Medical, reinforcing its position as a leading UK diagnostic imaging provider.
The multi-million-pound agreement includes the acquisition of Ramsay Diagnostics UK Ltd's (RDUK) mobile MRI and CT fleet and a six-year exclusive contract to provide mobile imaging services across Ramsay's national hospital network. Medneo will also welcome RDUK's experienced diagnostic imaging team into the business.
At a time of growing demand for diagnostic services across both NHS and independent healthcare, the partnership expands Medneo's national footprint, adds new hospital locations across the UK and strengthens its ability to support healthcare providers with high-quality imaging services at scale. It also strengthens Ramsay Health Care UK’s ability to deliver exceptional diagnostic services for patients across its 34 hospitals.
Together with the acquisition of Fairford Medical in 2025, it reinforces Medneo's position as one of the UK's leading diagnostic imaging providers and reflects its continued investment in people, technology and long-term healthcare partnerships. Combined, Medneo and Ramsay have the expertise, scale and reach to support growing demand for diagnostic services and accelerate access to imaging across the UK.
