AdventHealth Invests $300 Million in Its Major Expansion
Introduction:
AdventHealth Parker has announced a major $300 million expansion project aimed at enhancing healthcare services in the southeast Denver metro area. The hospital, which has been serving the community for nearly 21 years, currently operates with 179 beds. This expansion will enable the facility to better meet the growing demand for quality care. The project marks a significant milestone in AdventHealth Parker’s commitment to improving patient outcomes and regional healthcare.

AdventHealth Parker is embarking on a significant expansion with the construction of an 186,000-square-foot tower designed to enhance its healthcare services.
The new facility will include four advanced operating rooms, with plans to add two more in the future, as well as 16 pre- and post-operative rooms.
An additional 60 medical/surgical beds will be available to accommodate the growing patient demand.
The expansion also includes two cardiac catheterization labs, two interventional radiology labs, and a new sterile processing department.
Future-proofing the hospital, the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors will be left shell-ready for additional patient bed capacity.
The expansion of the hospital will be completed by February 2027.
