Broward Health is set to expand its healthcare services with the construction of two modern medical office buildings and a new parking garage at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale and Broward Health North in Deerfield Beach.

Broward Health North Medical Office Building 1 features 188,000 square feet across eight floors, 129, with potential expansion to 237 examination rooms and cardiovascular services, pulmonology, primary care, gastroenterology, neuroscience, women’s services, and space for future development
Broward Health North Medical Office Building 2 includes 114,000 square feet across six floors and Exam Rooms are 75, with potential expansion to 123.

Specialities include cardiovascular services, neuroscience, orthopaedics, and space for future development.

Broward Health Medical Center Parking Garage will feature 300,000 square feet across seven floor and capacity is approximately 700 parking spaces.

This state-of-the-art facility, with completion expected in 2027.
