Holland Hospital has commenced the construction of a new medical building in Saugatuck, USA.

The medical building, spanning 16,940 square feet, will be located off Blue Star Highway and will house general care, imaging, lab, and rehabilitation services.
The facility aims to improve access to local healthcare for citizens in Allegan County.
Upon its opening, the family medicine office will provide space for up to seven clinicians to see patients daily, offering enhanced access to same-day/next-day appointments, walk-in care, and virtual care.
The Holland Hospital Medical Building in Saugatuck will also offer enhanced imaging services, including X-rays, echocardiograms, and ultrasounds. Additionally, it will provide expedited lab services and dedicated space for exercise and recovery for physical therapy and rehabilitation.
Specialties such as endocrinology, gastrointestinal, general surgery, neurology, rheumatology, and urology may also be included in the facility.
Upon completion of the Holland Hospital Medical Building in Saugatuck, citizens from Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville, Pullman, Hamilton, and the rest of Allegan County will have improved access to quality healthcare.
The medical office is being constructed by architectural firm Matthei & Colin Associates, engineering firm Driesenga Associates and IMEG, and construction firm T2 Construction.
The facility is expected to be operational by spring 2024.
