Tennessee Oncology, a prominent oncology practice, has revealed its ambitious project to build a state-of-the-art flagship cancer care center in downtown Nashville.
The new center will cover an impressive 200,000 square feet and involves an investment of over $120 million, dedicated to advancing cancer care and research in Tennessee.
Patients will have access to a wide range of diagnostic and treatment options, reflecting the latest innovations in cancer care.
The center's location is at 322 22nd Avenue North, positioned between Centennial Medical Center and Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown.
The new flagship cancer care center will feature three levels of underground parking and five main floors above ground.
It will house essential medical services, including medical oncology, infusion, imaging, pharmacy, and other clinical facilities.
The general contractor overseeing the project is the Nashville office of Turner Construction.
Demolition and site work have already commenced, with a targeted completion date in the summer of 2025.
