The center's location is at 322 22nd Avenue North, positioned between Centennial Medical Center and Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown.
The new flagship cancer care center will feature three levels of underground parking and five main floors above ground.
It will house essential medical services, including medical oncology, infusion, imaging, pharmacy, and other clinical facilities.
The general contractor overseeing the project is the Nashville office of Turner Construction.
Demolition and site work have already commenced, with a targeted completion date in the summer of 2025.
