Aidoc Receives FDA Clearance for Full-Spectrum AI Triage Platform

Aidoc has received FDA clearance for CARE™, the first comprehensive foundation-model AI solution in healthcare. 

The system combines 14 acute indications into a single workflow, enabling hospitals to identify critical findings earlier, reduce delays in Emergency Departments, and improve patient flow.

The solution triages body CT scans and supports ambulatory care by flagging urgent cases in routine imaging, helping to reduce patient safety risks and ensure timely follow-up. 

During clinical trials, the AI demonstrated an average sensitivity of 97% and an average specificity of 98%, while generating considerably fewer false alarms compared to systems that target only a single condition.

Delivered via Aidoc aiOS™, the company’s enterprise AI platform, the solution allows health systems to manage multi-condition AI at scale without major infrastructure changes. 

CARE is expected to expand to all CT and X-ray workflows over the next 18 months, with future capabilities including automated draft report creation and end-to-end clinical AI workflows.
