John Ozug
Carenet Health, a leading provider of technology-enabled healthcare services, has appointed John Ozug as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide the company’s next phase of financial and strategic expansion.
With more than 25 years of experience driving financial excellence in complex global organizations, Ozug will play a pivotal role in strengthening Carenet’s fiscal operations and advancing its mission to power the business of healthcare through technology, data, and human connection.
Ozug’s career is distinguished by a proven record of delivering profitable growth, leading enterprise-wide finance transformations, and aligning financial initiatives with business outcomes.
Most recently, he served as Group CFO for Commercial Solutions at Conduent, overseeing a US$1.6 billion business process outsourcing portfolio. There, he managed a global finance team of over 60 professionals, implementing strategies that enhanced financial discipline and operational efficiency - expertise that aligns seamlessly with Carenet’s focus on insight-led orchestration and patient engagement across the entire healthcare continuum.
Before his tenure at Conduent, Ozug spent 14 years at Fiserv, where he held several senior finance leadership roles. He managed sales finance for US$3 billion in annual deal volume and served as Vice President of Finance for the company’s US$1.6 billion Banking and Credit Union Division.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and strategic foresight, Ozug will partner across Carenet’s business units to drive financial performance, reinforce operational excellence, and support sustainable growth in the rapidly evolving healthcare services landscape.
