Mojdeh Poul
Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation has announced the appointment of Mojdeh Poul as President and Chief Executive Officer. She will also join Integra's board of directors. Mojdeh Poul will succeed Jan De Witte, who will remain in his role until the transition. Stuart Essig will continue as executive chairman for a limited period before returning to his prior role as non-executive chairman.
Mojdeh Poul, a seasoned healthcare executive, most recently served as Executive Vice President and Group President of 3M’s US$8.5 billion Global Healthcare Business. In this role, she led strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and innovations across advanced wound care and other healthcare segments. She has also held leadership positions at Medtronic and Boston Scientific, driving growth in neuromodulation and cardiovascular technologies.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Poul serves on the boards of Align Technology, iRhythm Technologies, and Stanley Black & Decker, contributing to audit and talent development committees. She holds a bachelor's and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Louisville and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Jan De Witte, the outgoing CEO, was recognized for his contributions, including expanding Integra’s international business, advancing its digital technology portfolio, and leading strategic acquisitions. His leadership has laid a strong foundation for Integra's future success.
