Moon Surgical Appoints Chris Toth to Board of Directors to Support Commercial Growth

Moon Surgical, a leader in advancing laparoscopic surgical innovation, has appointed of Chris Toth as an independent member of its Board of Directors.

This strategic move comes as the company prepares for significant commercial expansion.

Chris Toth brings over two decades of experience in scaling commercial operations and leading global healthcare organizations. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Group President of Baxter International Inc.’s Kidney Care segment, which is set to become an independent company named Vantive following its acquisition by Carlyle.

Toth has been named CEO of Vantive. Previously, he served as CEO of Varian, a Siemens Healthineers company, where he held multiple leadership positions over a 20-year tenure, including President of Global Commercial and Field Operations.
