Swan EndoSurgical, an emerging leader in flexible endoluminal surgical robotics, has appointed Erik Todd as Chief Executive Officer. 

Todd joins the company following more than 25 years of leadership experience at Stryker Corporation, where he most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of the Robotics and Enabling Technologies division.

In his new role, Todd will lead Swan EndoSurgical’s strategic growth and innovation initiatives, overseeing the development and commercialization of its fully integrated flexible endoluminal robotic platform for complex gastrointestinal interventions. His appointment strengthens the company’s leadership team as it advances next-generation robotic technologies to improve surgical outcomes.

Todd brings extensive expertise in scaling robotic platforms, building high-performance global engineering organizations, and driving innovation across endoscopy, minimally invasive surgery, and digital and AI-enabled enabling technologies. His experience positions Swan EndoSurgical to accelerate product development, expand global operations, and advance clinical adoption of its robotic systems.
