Jeffrey A. Craig
Baxter International Inc. has appointed Jeffrey (Jay) A. Craig, former executive chair and CEO of Meritor Corporation, to its board of directors.
Craig will also serve on Baxter’s Audit Committee, bringing the total number of board members to 12.
Craig has extensive experience in leadership roles, including his tenure as CEO, CFO, and COO at Meritor Corporation, a global supplier of mobility and braking solutions for commercial vehicles. Before Meritor, he led GMAC Commercial, a US$10 billion finance provider, and began his career at Deloitte, where he advanced to audit partner and practice leader. He also serves on the boards of Arcosa Corporation and Hyliion Corporation.
Craig holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from Duke University. His appointment adds significant business and operational expertise to Baxter's board.
