Beyond his executive accomplishments, Huff is the founder of his own advisory firm, where he provides strategic counsel to health systems, diagnostic companies, and global consulting and investment firms such as McKinsey & Company and Cerberus Capital Management. He also serves on the boards of Lighthouse Labs and Tribal Diagnostics, further contributing to the advancement of laboratory innovation and excellence.
