Chad Croasdale
RTI Surgical, a leading CDMO advancing innovation and tissue engineering in regenerative medicine, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chad Croasdale as Chief Commercial Officer.
With over 20 years of commercial and financial experience in the medical technology industry, Chad Croasdale will be a key member of RTI’s executive team, overseeing the Company’s growth strategy and corporate development.
Before joining RTI, Croasdale was President and Chief Commercial Officer of 270Surgical. His previous role at Stryker spanned more than 18 years, where he held various leadership positions, including VP and General Manager of Stryker Communications, Endoscopy. In this capacity, he managed the Communications Business Unit, driving commercial, sales, and R&D operations. Chad began his career as a physical therapist specializing in sports medicine. He holds a BA in Psychology from Hobart College and an MS in Physical Therapy from Widener University.
