Vince Burgess

Micro Medical Solutions (MMS), an innovative medical device company focused on improving outcomes for patients with Critical Limb Threatening Ischemia (CLTI), has appointed Vince Burgess and John Dahldorf to its Board of Directors. 

The appointments further strengthen MMS’s leadership as the company advances toward commercialization of its MicroStent™ technology. Burgess and Dahldorf join George Quinoy, Chairman of the Board and President & Chief Executive Officer, and Dr. Ron Solar, Board Member, bringing deep operational, financial, and medical device expertise to the organization.

Vince Burgess joined the MMS Board in November 2025 and brings extensive leadership experience across the medical technology and healthcare investment sectors. Most recently, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Acutus Medical, Inc. from 2017 to 2022. Earlier in his career, Burgess was a Venture Partner at OrbiMed Advisors and a founding executive at Volcano Corporation, where he served as President of Advanced Imaging Systems and led marketing and business development initiatives. He currently serves on the Board of Tela Bio, Inc. and has held prior board roles at multiple medical device companies, including Bolt Medical, NeuroPace, Sonendo, and CardiAQ. Burgess holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from UCLA.
