Alice Koehler
OMRON Healthcare, Inc., a leading maker of blood pressure monitors in the U.S. and Canada, has appointed Alice Koehler as Managing Director for North America, succeeding President and CEO Ranndy Kellogg, who is retiring after leading the company since 2016. Ms. Koehler assumed the role on November 1, 2024, and will also join OMRON Healthcare’s U.S. board of directors. Mr. Kellogg will assist with the leadership transition until January 2025.
Alice Koehler brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development with global brands such as GlaxoSmithKline, Kraft Foods, and Butterball. Most recently, as Vice President of Sales for North America at Ontex, she drove significant regional growth and led innovation initiatives. Her leadership has been recognized for fostering a customer-centric approach and achieving business success in competitive markets.
During his tenure, Mr. Kellogg spearheaded OMRON’s Going for Zero mission to eliminate heart attacks and strokes, advanced the company’s digital health technologies, and introduced innovations such as connected blood pressure monitors, the Complete blood pressure monitor with built-in EKG, and VitalSight, a remote patient monitoring service. He also established strategic partnerships and expanded OMRON’s network in the healthcare industry.
Ms. Koehler’s leadership will focus on advancing ECG innovations, integrating artificial intelligence into medical devices, and driving OMRON’s digital transformation to address healthcare challenges, including professional burnout and health inequities. OMRON Healthcare North America is headquartered in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
