With one in eight adults experiencing a mental health condition each year, the demand for care is rapidly outpacing the capacity of traditional systems. Headlamp’s mission is to bridge this gap through cutting-edge technology that offers a more detailed and actionable understanding of mental health.
Estigarribia takes the helm during a time of rapid expansion in the mental health technology space, which is projected to reach US$20 billion by 2030. His leadership will focus on accelerating access to Headlamp’s precision psychiatry solutions and scaling its impact across the healthcare ecosystem.
Before joining Headlamp, Estigarribia served as President and CEO of InterVenn Biosciences, where he led the launch of the world’s first glycoproteomic-AI test. As Chief Operating Officer at InterVenn, his achievements earned him a place among the Top 25 COOs in Healthcare in 2022 by The Healthcare Technology Report.
His career spans leadership roles at top-tier organizations including Chiron, Novartis, Geron, Nugen, CardioDX, and Applied Proteomics. Estigarribia holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering with Honors and Distinction from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia.
