Eric Sachetta
Sensus Healthcare, Inc., a medical device company focused on highly effective, non-invasive and minimally invasive treatments for oncological and non-oncological skin conditions, has appointed Eric Sachetta to its Board of Directors.
Sachetta fills the vacancy created by the passing of long-serving Director Bill McCall, and his appointment adds deep expertise in leadership, organizational growth, and financial strategy to the Board.
Eric Sachetta brings a diverse background spanning wealth management, advisory services, and leadership development. He currently serves as Chief Wealth Services Officer at Sachetta, LLC, a financial advisory firm based in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. In this role, he oversees firmwide advisory strategy, operational management, financial planning innovation, and the execution of multidisciplinary client services. Since 2022, he has led and managed the firm’s financial advisory division, with responsibility for all wealth management operations while mentoring and developing emerging advisors to meet performance and production goals.
Earlier in his career, Sachetta founded and led The E TEAM, a nationwide motivational speaking and leadership development organization. Under his leadership, the organization reached more than 140 schools and youth programs across 12 states, delivering programs focused on personal growth, accountability, and leadership skills. He also authored and developed the curriculum for “The 8 Mandates of Personal Leadership,” a widely used personal development framework adopted by students, educators, and coaches across the United States.
Sachetta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Tax Planning Certified Professional (TPCP™), and holds a Series 65 investment advisory license. His appointment supports Sensus Healthcare’s continued focus on disciplined growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
