Kristen Cardillo
Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc., a global leader in medical technology, has appointed Kristen Cardillo as Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer.
Cardillo will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global communications strategy to strengthen stakeholder engagement and elevate Zimmer Biomet’s presence in the MedTech space.
Cardillo brings a strong track record of communications leadership within the life sciences and healthcare sectors. She most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at 10x Genomics, a life science tools company.
Prior to that, she was Vice President of Global Communications and Public Relations at Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD), where she played a key role in advancing corporate strategy, brand reputation, and organizational culture through multi-channel communication efforts - including internal communications, media relations, social media, and investor communications.
Her earlier experience includes progressive leadership roles in communications at CareFusion and Cardinal Health, where she developed and led initiatives focused on both internal alignment and external brand positioning.
Cardillo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Ohio University. In her new role at Zimmer Biomet, she will oversee all facets of the company’s global communications, working to further amplify its voice as a MedTech innovator and trusted healthcare partner.
