Micah Young
QuidelOrtho Corporation, a global provider of diagnostic solutions, has appointed Micah Young as Chief Financial Officer.
Young succeeds Joseph M. Busky, who previously announced his retirement from the role and will remain with the company in an advisory capacity to support a smooth transition.
Young joins QuidelOrtho with extensive financial and healthcare technology leadership experience. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Masimo Corporation, where he joined as CFO in 2017 and helped guide the company through strategic transformation, operational improvements, disciplined capital allocation, enhanced investor engagement, and significant transaction activity.
Prior to Masimo, Young held progressively senior finance positions at NuVasive, Inc. He also held finance and accounting roles at Zimmer Holdings, Inc., following the start of his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Young holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Criminal Justice from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
As CFO, Young will support QuidelOrtho’s financial and strategic priorities as the company continues to advance its diagnostic solutions and its mission to power a healthier future.
