Sean M. Salmon
Teleflex Incorporated, a global provider of medical technologies, has appointed Sean M. Salmon to its Board of Directors, effective September 8, 2026.
Salmon brings more than three decades of global leadership experience in medical devices and pharmaceuticals, including over 20 years at Medtronic. Most recently, he served there as Executive Vice President and President of the Cardiovascular Portfolio from 2020 to 2025, a business with fiscal 2025 revenue of about $12.5 billion, and he played a key role in shaping its growth strategy.
His earlier Medtronic roles included leading the Diabetes, Coronary and Structural Heart, and Coronary and Renal Denervation businesses.
His experience covers commercial operations, business development, R&D, clinical research, regulatory, quality, finance, medical affairs, reimbursement and supply chain. Since December 2025, he has owned Zamboni Holdings, LLC. He is an independent director of Adagio Medical Holdings and holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
