Stephanie Tilenius
Zoetis Inc. has appointed Stephanie Tilenius to its Board of Directors, bringing a wealth of experience in digital health, technology innovation, and high-growth product development.
A seasoned entrepreneur and tech leader, Ms. Tilenius will provide strategic guidance as Zoetis continues to expand its digital and data-driven capabilities across animal health.
Ms. Tilenius is a serial entrepreneur who has founded multiple healthcare companies, including a new stealth venture in the longevity AI space. She is best known for founding Vida Health, Inc., a leading B2B chronic care platform specializing in diabetes and obesity management. As CEO from 2014 to 2023, she successfully scaled the company nationally, partnering with Fortune 500 corporations, major payers, and healthcare providers.
Beyond digital health, Ms. Tilenius has held influential roles at Google, PayPal, and eBay, where she drove major product innovations and oversaw multibillion-dollar businesses. At Google, she served as Vice President of Global Commerce and Payments, helping build platforms such as Google Pay and Google Shopping. She previously served as Senior Vice President of eBay.com and Global Product and as Vice President of Global Merchant Services at PayPal, leading teams responsible for product development, customer engagement, and global commerce strategy.
Ms. Tilenius currently sits on the boards of Seagate Technology Holdings plc and Papa, and serves as a Venture Advisor to the AI Fund. She holds an MBA from Harvard University, along with masters and bachelor’s degrees in economics from Brandeis University.
With her appointment, the Zoetis Board of Directors expands from 12 to 13 members, further strengthening its leadership and strategic expertise.
