Mr. Tal Parnes
Inspira Technologies OXY B.H.N. Ltd., a leading innovator in life-support technologies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tal Parnes as the new Chairman of its Board of Directors.
A seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience across the technology landscape - particularly within the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries - Mr. Parnes brings deep strategic insight and a strong track record of driving innovation and growth. He has served as an independent director on Inspira's board since July 2021, giving him a deep understanding of the Company’s mission, operations, and breakthrough technologies.
Mr. Parnes is widely recognized for his entrepreneurial leadership. He co-founded and served as CEO and President of Zuta-Core Ltd. and HQL Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and held senior executive roles including Chief Operating Officer at Silynx Communications Inc., and Vice President of Operations at Wavion Inc. and Atrica Ltd. Earlier in his career, he also served as CFO and Director of Business Development at Printlife Ltd. His cross-industry experience in medical devices, communications, and defense uniquely positions him to guide Inspira’s strategic direction.
With Mr. Parnes assuming the role of Chairman, the Company is poised to accelerate its growth trajectory and enhance its competitive edge. His vision for integrating emerging technologies and anticipating market trends will be instrumental in shaping the Company’s future and unlocking new opportunities.
Inspira also extends its heartfelt thanks to Prof. Benad Goldwasser, MD, for his dedicated service as Chairman since 2021. Prof. Goldwasser played a vital role in the Company’s growth, including its successful listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. His leadership and extensive network provided crucial support across business, medical, and administrative domains. Prof. Goldwasser has stepped down from his position due to personal reasons, and the Company wishes him the very best in his future endeavors.
